Great customer service & response time. We called and left a VM on Saturday morning of labor day weekend. They called back the same day! They agreed to come out this morning to access. Eastern Crawlspace Solutions of Southport recently encapsulated our crawlspace, put in a dehumidifier,  a sump pump, and reinforced some sagging beams.  They did an outstanding job.  I would highly recommend this business.  Andrew and his team inspected our space, explained the issues they found, and outlined the recommended solutions. There work was efficient and dependable.. It had pretty much decided I was gonna work with another company till i remembered I’d scheduled another appointment with Jacob.  Having met with 5 other companies I knew exactly what I needed.  My crawl was running near 80% rh and the heat, humidity amd musty smell it was generating was unbearable. Jacob made his proposal and was able to improve on just about everything I’d been offered around 30% less.  I concerned about them being out of town but they were able to get me scheduled right away and Justin showed up with his crew and went right to work.  They knocked the entire project out in about 2 days and i could immediately tell a difference.  One it was as clean as a hospital bed down there and two my house began to smell fresh again.

Look it’s not inexpensive to encapsulate with a dehumidifier and pump but if you don’t you could end up with way more serious issues.  The air quality in my house was palpable and concerning.  I don’t mess with mold and I don’t want allergies or asthma.  They were worth the investment and I’d highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Andrew, AJ, and his son Jacob installed a dehumidifier in my crawlspace for me.  My hygromoters were reading into the 80% humidity range which was wayy to high.  Since I already have a vapor barrier, I thought a dehumidifier would do the trick and it now has my crawlspace consistently below 60% humidity which was the goal.  Good work.

The guys came out on time and did an excellent job sealing vents, adding sister joists, and installing dehumidifier. Will most definitely have them out in the future to replace current moisture barrier. Honest, fair price, and excellent work.
